Click & Collect is a FREE service which allows you to select and order goods online and collect from selected Ian's Shoes stores. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for your delivery to arrive.
Shop online and find a product. During checkout you'll be asked for your preferred delivery option, make sure you select Click & Collect. Select from the drop down list your preferred store location.
Once you've completed your order, you'll be sent a confirmation email and an email notifying you that your order is ready to be collected.
Service is available at selected stores and stock is subject to availability. Sale items are not available for Click & Collect. In the event your order is unable to be filled, you will be emailed by an Ian's Shoes staff member. Click and collect purchases are subject to all standard Ian's Shoes terms and conditions.
Depending on the size of your order and the time it is placed, it may be ready for pick up on the same day. We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready.
If you nominate someone else to pick up your order on your behalf, they must quote the order number, your full name, contact number and address.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with a tracking number (austpost.com.au/track)
We also ship to NEW ZEALAND for a flat rate delivery fee of $50.
It is our aim to have any goods ordered dispatched on the day the order is placed. However it may take up to 3 days before your goods can be dispatched (Monday to Friday) All deliveries within Australia will be sent Parcel Post Plus via Australia Post. Expect your delivery to arrive within 2-7 business days.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Please note that all SALE ITEMS have to be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Shoes should be returned unworn, in their original condition and in the original shoe box.
Please complete the instruction on the Return Form that came with your order and return your unwanted goods to an IAN’ SHOES store (excluding Prospect Clearance Store).

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods at the designated online return address.
Please note that returned shoes remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customer’s expense.
