All orders are shipped via Australia Post. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with a tracking number (austpost.com.au/track)

We also ship to NEW ZEALAND for a flat rate delivery fee of $25.

It is our aim to have any goods ordered dispatched on the day the order is placed. However it may take up to 3 days before your goods can be dispatched (Monday to Friday) All deliveries within Australia will be sent via Australia Post. Expect your delivery to arrive within 2-7 business days.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Product marked with FINAL SALE are excluded from returning. Shoes should be returned unworn, in their original condition and in the original shoe box.

Please note that returned shoes remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customer’s expense. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer & not Ian’s Shoes.
