ONLINE RETURNS MADE EASY

If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, we are happy to refund within 30 DAYS from the date of despatch. You can choose to return your unwanted items by sending them back to us or dropping them off at two of our store locations. Please note LAST PAIR ITEMS are unable to be returned unless faulty and are marked as FINAL SALE on the product page on the website.

Purchases should be returned

  • unworn,
  • in their original condition
  • and in the original shoe box.

Please note that returned shoes remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customer’s expense. We strongly advise to return your item via a trackable parcel as we do not take any responsibilities for any lost parcels. Please contact directly your Delivery Partner should you experience any delays in the delivery of your return.

IN STORE REFUNDS

The below policy applies to purchases in stores only. 

For full-price items:
- We offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with their original  box/packaging and proof of purchase.

Please note:
No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty.
- If a product has a minor fault, it will be repaired as per your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or normal wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Shoe Care products are not eligible for return or exchange.
